Refund Policy

Return

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

For an item to be eligible for return, it must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of products are not eligible for return. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns of daily necessities, hygiene products, hazardous items, flammable liquids, or gases.

Additional items that are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete a return, you will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return the purchased item to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted: (if applicable)

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or opened vinyl records.
  • Items that are not in their original condition due to parts being damaged or missing and not caused by our error.
  • Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after delivery (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, first, please check your bank account again.
After that, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Next, please contact your bank. It is common for there to be a processing time before the refund is posted.
If you still haven't received your refund after doing all of the above, please contact contact@mycanvasworld.com. Sale items (if applicable)

Only items at regular prices are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)
We will only exchange an item if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to contact@mycanvasworld.com and send the item to the following address: Huangpu dong lu 3401 ya gang da sha, Guangzhou, GD, 5103 4 0, China.

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you can receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, and they will handle your refund.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary.

When shipping items worth $75 or more, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee the receipt of the returned item.
