The following terms are provided to confirm that both parties are aware of them. To protect each other and set expectations, you agree to this arrangement.

  1. General
    Subject to inventory availability. We attempt to maintain the accuracy of our inventory on our website, but there may sometimes be inventory discrepancies, and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will reach out to you regarding the available products and ask whether you prefer to wait for the restocking of backordered items or if you would like us to process a refund.
  2. Shipping Costs
    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping is collected for the purchase. This price will be the final shipping cost to the customer.
  3. Returns
    3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind
    Mycanvasworld gladly accepts returns due to a change of mind. A return request must reach us within 29 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. The return shipping is to be paid for by the customer, and you are required to arrange the return shipping yourself. Once the return is received and accepted, the refund will be processed as a credit for future purchases. We will notify you via email when this is completed. Mycanvasworld will refund the value of the returned item but will not refund the value of the shipping paid.

3.2 Warranty Returns
Mycanvasworld gladly accepts valid warranty claims, but only if the claim is submitted within 90 days of receiving the item. The customer is required to prepay for the return shipping, but we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim. After receiving the returned item for a warranty claim, you can expect Mycanvasworld to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once the warranty claim is verified, you will receive the following options:
(a) A refund to your payment method.
(b) A refund as store credit.
(c) A replacement item if it is in stock.

  1. Delivery Terms
    4.1 Domestic Transit Time
    Generally, domestic shipments are transported within 2-7 days.

4.2 International Transit Time
Generally, internationally shipped orders are transported within 4-22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier service you choose. We can provide more specific estimates when you select the shipping method at checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days from the payment of the order. Our warehouse operates during standard business hours from Monday to Friday. The warehouse is closed on national holidays. In some cases, measures will be taken to minimize shipping delays.

For requests to change the delivery address, you can change the address at any time before the order is shipped.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
Mycanvasworld ships to P.O. Box addresses only using the postal service. We cannot provide courier service to these locations.

4.6 Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses using USPS. We cannot provide this service using courier services.

4.7 Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will ship the available items immediately and send the remaining items once they are back in stock.

4.8 Exceeded Delivery Time
If the scheduled delivery time is exceeded, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

    After shipping, the customer will receive a tracking link to track the progress of the shipment based on the latest updates available from the shipping carrier.
  2. Packages Damaged During Transit
    If a package is damaged during transit, please refuse it if possible when receiving the package from the courier and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered in your absence, please contact our customer service for the next steps.

7.2 Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments are not prepaid and are additional fees that the customer has to pay upon arrival in the destination country.
